If you have upgraded from 8.1 to 10, you only have 30 days to return to the old system, which should be displayed in the tab: Settings -> recovery If this time has passed, it is probably not possible anymore. Unless reinstalling the system and retyping the key from 8.1
Once I remember reading that a year after the premiere, after installing the free update to Win 10, if you wanted to restore the factory settings or reinstall the system, you lose the license for it, but I do not know if it is 100% true
