As in the topic, I'm going to restore the factory settings in the lap. I will add that the original system was Win 8.1. I would like to know if I restore the factory settings, will the Win 8.1 system return or will it still be Win 10?

If you have upgraded from 8.1 to 10, you only have 30 days to return to the old system, which should be displayed in the tab:
    Settings -> recovery
If this time has passed, it is probably not possible anymore. Unless reinstalling the system and retyping the key from 8.1

Once I remember reading that a year after the premiere, after installing the free update to Win 10, if you wanted to restore the factory settings or reinstall the system, you lose the license for it, but I do not know if it is 100% true

Try to enter recovery mode before starting the computer. you may have the option to restore the computer to the factory there. I have so in Lenovo one. Although it's a tablet, it's on 10 wholesome wines.

    Added after 18 [minutes]:

Of course, as is Micro $ oft, it couldn't be more messy:
Back to the previous version of Windows:
For 10 days after upgrading to Windows 10 ... blah, blah, blah ...
To go back to the previous version of the system:
Keep all items in windows.old and $ windows. ~ Bt after upgrade.
Remove any user accounts added after the upgrade.

So the 10-day limit only applies to situations when we want to keep our new W10 in stock,
but we also want our old W8 back (along with the "garbage" ;) right from before the update).
    For this we have:
Reset the computer settings to the initial state

where interests you @Majloooock Factory reset
that is, using a partition with a copy of the system that you had when you bought the computer (as wrote @_Down_ ).

In the latter case, the limit of 10 days is around ... in addition, we will not get our old "garbage dump",
only pure factory W7 / 8 / 8.1. The one with which the computer was bought.
I do not know how @Majloooock exactly you wanted to restore to the "factory", but you have all the options your heart desires.
