Hello, I have a Citroen Berlingo with an AUX output in the glove box. I upload a photo. Is it possible to easily connect a USB flash drive or memory card to this slot?

The flash drive itself or the card is not so much, but for example an MP3 player with a memory card without a problem ;)

Probably possible, you can check it by inserting a card with music there - to more specifically answer the questions about the radio itself, you have to enter the model of this radio ;)

    You can't - this is RNEG 1.

From what I can see it is a matter of the software, the chances are actually negligible, because apparently only the first soft plays mp3 from SD. To sum up, it is probably less important, because what for? Even if it was possible to play from SD, then the navi map is OFF, and yet there is a free field to show off on the chinchas in the clipboard ;)

But if I plug in the MP3 in the glove box, every time I get into the car, I have to look in the glove box and turn on the MP3, the same thing when I leave the car. And that's not really the point.

Then replace the radio with RT5.

It will be BT and USB can be activated.

There is an en menu but no en language.

    Cost of RT5 1500 - 2000 PLN.

Organize a longer cable and route it wherever you are comfortable ;)

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around connecting a USB flash drive or memory card to the AUX output in a 2010 Citroen Berlingo II. Users suggest that while direct connection of a USB flash drive is not feasible, using an MP3 player with a memory card is possible. The car's navigation system, which uses a memory card, raises questions about replacing the map card with a music card, but it is indicated that the slot is likely dedicated to navigation purposes only. A user mentions that the radio model (RNEG 1) does not support MP3 playback from an SD card, and the only viable solution is to replace the radio with an RT5 model, which supports Bluetooth and USB connectivity. Alternative suggestions include using a longer cable for easier access to the MP3 player.
