    The logs show:
Description: Faulting application name: Explorer.EXE, version: 10.0.16299.125, time stamp: 0xfeba44fb
Faulting module name: shcore.dll, version: 10.0.16299.15, time stamp: 0x6c07e48f

It looks like the explorer is starting but closing.

    Uninstall: Advanced Calendar 2.0.0.1000176

Next to frst.exe, create the Fixlist.txt file with the contents:

    In FRST, select Repair.

Uninstall Baidu Antivirus for now and see if anything changes.
