    Hello,
I have a problem with the Natec Genesis Rhod 600 RGB keyboard. During the game, when I hold down W, to move forward, the key as if it breaks, i.e. the character accelerates and slows down. I checked individual keys on the microsoft page for anti-ghosting testing and it turned out that the problem applies to all keys except shift and ctrl. The keys are as if they are flickering. I do not know if this is a matter of some keyboard function I have not yet discovered (I add that the keyboard is used by my brother) or is just broken. The problem also occurs when connecting to a second computer. In turn when I press a few keys at the same time, it flashes only the last one pressed. In the manufacturer's program, I reset to the factory settings and still the same. Can you fix it somehow? Will you give up for a guarantee? I count on help. ]

I also have this problem, I tried to scan the computer to search for some viruses but as I found something it still did not work after removing them, I reinstalled the drivers, but still nothing. Say you've fixed this problem or give away for guarantees?

I've fixed the problem. This is [at least in windows 10] option which is called Filter Keys in the keyboard settings, you can easily enter there by clicking the shift 8 times [hard keys]

but you had keys that blinked or you had a button that blocked you

    Added after 11 [minutes]:

because it's about the fact that if you hold Any button, it pulsates, winks, There is, There is, There is no. And what you gave it works only with shift when you click it several times. Personally, I tried what you said, but nw what to do, I know that there are persistent keys, but I have to turn them on or off, because it and not it works. Here, I give a screen to this and Powidz what to do exactly :D Natec Genesis Rhod 600 RGB Keyboard: Character Acceleration and Deceleration Issues

I think I'll give you a warranty keyboard. We will see if the same with other copies.

I do not think, because (at least in my case) shift and ctrl work correctly. Besides, if you press a few buttons, the last one is still pulsing and the previous ones are "calming down". You can check it out here: https://www.microsoft.com/appliedsciences/antighostingexplained.mspx

After sending a second e-mail to support, I received the following message:

    Hello,
Interrupting the key signal is the Rapid key stroke mode which has the Rhod 600 RGB keyboard. This mode is intended to interrupt and redo the signal when we hold down the key (then there is no need to click repeatedly with one key, just hold it down - this is a useful function and some games). To activate or deactivate this function, press the function key "Fn" + "Q".
    Greetings,
    Genesis team.

After applying this shortcut, the problem was resolved. It's ridiculous that his reason was something like that.

I think the topic can be ended.

I also received this message. The problem has been fixed, the topic is closing. :)

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues with the Natec Genesis Rhod 600 RGB keyboard, specifically related to character acceleration and deceleration during gameplay. Users report that holding down keys, particularly 'W', causes erratic behavior where the character speeds up and slows down unexpectedly. Testing revealed that the problem affects all keys except for 'Shift' and 'Ctrl'. Several users attempted various troubleshooting methods, including driver reinstallation and checking for viruses, but to no avail. The manufacturer, Genesis, acknowledged the issue and indicated that a firmware update would be provided to resolve it. A user later discovered that the problem was linked to the "Rapid key stroke mode," which can be toggled using the "Fn" + "Q" key combination, effectively resolving the issue for many users. Some participants suggested warranty returns due to potential hardware failure, while others confirmed the solution worked.
