Hello, 3 weeks ago I bought a Genesis PV58 game controller. Recently, unfortunately, during the game in FIFA 20, instead of one diode, four were blinking vigorously. This is how it is until now, no matter what device I connect to. It's just that the LEDs on the pad blink quickly and you can't do anything with the pad itself (only when I click the HOME button, the LEDs change the blinking frequency). I will add that the computer detects the controller. I can't return it under warranty because I lost the receipt. Thank you in advance.
