Hello, I have a problem with the Bosch WAN2026FPL washing machine (one-year hardware, but no warranty). Immediately after turning the knob, the E20 error crashes, an error related to heating, but I checked everything, I changed the heater NTC also (with Bosch Maxx) analog hydrostat. I have no way to check the engine (the engine is the size of a massacre fist), the module shows no signs of damage, but I suspect that it will be replaced.
Anyone have any idea? please help, possibly where can I find this module because I can't track it. Greetings.

The heater relay is not stuck together?
E20 also means that the heater heats up, although it should not.

There is no voltage on the heater even for a moment, the relays are checked ... After applying voltage to the module, the relay marked in red turns on immediately and then an error pops up, the relays from the heater are green, they are not stuck together. There is one suspicious element, it is distorted - triac or (transistor?) With the designation LD33A , I do not know how to check it (the meter has a short circuit between two legs), I cannot find one for comparison or documentation.

Thank you, or maybe a friend tell me what this procedure is about? Erasing the error, i.e. the knob at 6 o'clock and the spin button I have already practiced, is there anything else?

Worst Bosch module in years, I guess :P I do not know any service procedures when replacing the heater or contactor and everything works, probably some myth. Unless the module is blocked after the brushes run out, and that's probably a myth ..

Check the heater for leakage and then take the contactor.
