    Hello.
I have a TV LG 43lh50, a Polsat digital decoder and an amplifier like the one below. The decoder is connected to the TV and I would like to connect the amplifier to the TV so that the voice from the decoder is on the speakers connected to the amplifier. There are two chinchas coming from the amplifier and when I connected the other two to the TV, the voice is still on the TV speakers and not on the speakers from the amplifier. I tried to do something in the settings but it didn't help. I bought a euro converter but I also don't know what's going on ... Maybe I'm doing something wrong ... (the amplifier and speakers are working, because after plugging in the phone or USB everything works as it should). Below I put pictures of everything I have.
Please, somebody help me and explain how to connect it, set it up and maybe I'm missing something ...

    Many thanks in advance ?

I don't know what it is supposed to look like, but I assume that you want to pass the sound from the decoder to the amplifier. You need a euro -> chinch cable, which will have 2 R and L outputs, which need to be plugged into the amplifier's phono inputs (last photo) audio input.

Plug yourself this scart / RCA to HD 3000 adapter and the RCA cable to the amplifier.

As long as it is an "outgoing" version of the adapter, or it has an in / out switch that should be set to out.
Fix, has a switch, was not seen on the thumbnail.
You only connect red and white, the rest do not interest you, to the aux in the amplifier and of course you have to select this source in the amplifier.

I connected the euro adapter to the decoder, connected to the out, white and red cinche to the adapter and the other two to the amplifier and the voice is still on the TV and the amplifier is connected.

Did you switch to AUX in the amplifier?

Still nothing, I'll take a picture of you like I did, say if it's okay for sure. I tried out and IN and still only voice on Tv. Or maybe TV in some way to the amplifier?

Did you check the decoder settings?

Yes, I tried in the settings. I sent a photo of the settings on the decoder what I have. And on the amplifier I only have two fm and LINE functions. But when I have a line and connect a cinch and jack to the amplifier and telephone, everything works so I don't know why the TV does not work.

Set the video output (scart) to STEREO.
Check the position of the switch in the euro adapter.

VIDEO OUT SCART can only be set to RGB or CVBS. I was checking the adapter.

so i dont know why the tv is not working

Because you give the signal from the analog TV output and the digital signal is fed through the HDMI cable.
Remove this adapter from the set-top box and touch the contacts with your finger or you will hear a crack in the speakers.

You have such a cable, so it should also work. Scart for the decoder and either two red / white for the amplifier.

No reaction, only the sound of the TV.

Topic summary

✨ The discussion revolves around connecting an LG 43LH50 TV to a Polsat digital decoder and an amplifier to route audio through the amplifier's speakers instead of the TV. Users suggest using a euro to RCA cable to connect the decoder's audio output to the amplifier's input. The importance of ensuring the adapter is set to "out" and selecting the correct source on the amplifier (AUX) is emphasized. The author experiences persistent issues with sound output remaining on the TV despite following these steps. Suggestions include checking decoder settings, ensuring the video output is set to stereo, and verifying the connections. Ultimately, the author is advised to consider purchasing a new adapter if problems persist.

FAQ

TL;DR: For this LG–Polsat–amp setup, 2 RCA plugs carry stereo; “You only connect red and white.” Set the SCART adapter to OUT, pick AUX/LINE on the amp, and keep HDMI for TV video/audio separately. [Elektroda, bestboy21, post #16909088]

Why it matters: This solves “sound only on TV speakers” by routing analog audio correctly from the decoder to your amplifier.

Quick-Facts:

Quick Facts

How do I connect a Polsat HD decoder to an analog amplifier for sound?

Use SCART→RCA from the decoder, red/white into the amp’s AUX/LINE. Set the adapter switch to OUT and select LINE/AUX on the amp. Ignore other colors. 3‑step How‑To:
  1. Plug SCART into the decoder.
  2. Connect red/white RCA to amp’s AUX/LINE.
  3. Set adapter to OUT and select LINE/AUX on the amp. “Only connect red and white.” [Elektroda, bestboy21, post #16909088]

Should the SCART adapter switch be on IN or OUT?

For decoder → amplifier, set the switch to OUT. That makes the SCART a source and sends stereo to the RCA pair. Some adapters are input‑only; those will not work. [Elektroda, bestboy21, post #16909088]

I still hear audio only from the TV speakers. What should I check first?

Confirm the amp is on AUX/LINE, the SCART adapter is set to OUT, and cables are fully seated. Remember: HDMI to the TV stays digital, while SCART provides the analog feed to the amp. Mixing paths without conversion yields no amp audio. [Elektroda, 1098678, post #16909266]

Do I need to change any settings on the Polsat HD 3000 decoder?

SCART video mode shows RGB or CVBS, which is normal. Leave one selected and use SCART for analog audio out. No separate SCART “stereo” toggle appears in that menu on this unit. [Elektroda, Lukarskiii, post #16909249]

Where do the red and white RCA plugs go on the amplifier?

Plug red to Right and white to Left on the amp’s AUX/LINE input. Do not use the yellow composite video plug. “You only connect red and white, the rest do not interest you.” [Elektroda, bestboy21, post #16909088]

How can I quickly test if my SCART→RCA adapter or path is alive?

Disconnect the adapter from the decoder and gently touch the RCA contacts. A crackle or hum in the speakers indicates the analog path reaches the amplifier. If silent, suspect the adapter or cable. [Elektroda, 1098678, post #16909266]

Everything is connected but still no sound—could the adapter be bad?

Yes. If correct cabling, OUT position, and AUX/LINE selection still give silence, replace the SCART→RCA adapter. As one expert put it: “Then buy a new one.” [Elektroda, 1098678, post #16915111]

Can HDMI from the TV feed analog RCA on my amplifier directly?

No. HDMI carries digital audio. Your amp’s RCA expects analog line‑level. Use the decoder’s SCART for analog out, or a dedicated DAC if converting from HDMI. [Elektroda, 1098678, post #16909266]

What’s the difference between SCART, RCA, and HDMI in this hookup?

SCART on the decoder provides analog A/V. The red/white RCA pair carries two‑channel analog audio. HDMI carries digital audio/video to the TV. Use HDMI for picture, SCART→RCA for amp sound. [Elektroda, 1098678, post #16909266]

What input should I select on my amplifier for the TV/decoder sound?

Choose AUX or LINE on the amplifier. The decoder’s red/white RCA connects to that input. Selecting FM or another source will mute the external audio. [Elektroda, 1098678, post #16909205]

Will a passive SCART→RCA cable work, or do I need a powered converter?

A passive SCART→RCA works if the decoder outputs analog audio on SCART and the adapter is set to OUT. Edge case: input‑only adapters won’t pass sound at all. [Elektroda, bestboy21, post #16909088]

How many cables are typically involved in a working setup?

Three: 1) HDMI from decoder to TV for picture, 2) SCART from decoder, 3) red/white RCA from adapter to the amp. This keeps digital and analog paths correct. [Elektroda, 1098678, post #16909266]
