Hello everyone and I am asking you warmly.

After refurbishing the apartment, we also decided to replace the intercom camera. Unfortunately, the repair crew did not know how to connect it. And I was left alone with the problem. The case is as follows. In such a configuration as it is now, the door can be opened but the bell signal cannot be heard and it is not possible to talk to the control panel.

    I am asking for advice

This uniphone does not suit your system. You must buy an analog Cyfra Smart uniphone (without the letter D).

Thank you for your answer. I understand that I need an analog camera. And how does this relate to the fact that I can activate the bolt?

I would like to ask you if there are analogue cameras for two veins?

Thanks to your advice, I bought a CYFRAL SMART two-wire intercom, after connecting it as in the drawing, there is still no communication, I can open the bolt, but there is no communication with the control panel, the doorbell signal is not heard. What could still be wrong?

Why did you connect blue under "+" and white under "-"? Maybe it's supposed to be the opposite if it doesn't work properly. If you had a meter, you would check where the plus and where minus in the line.

How can you check it because I have a meter ... I just have a problem with its operation

    Hello

In the morning I actually checked the voltage with a test and error method and it turned out that as my colleague "Zybex" rightly noticed, I connected the cables incorrectly. Thanks to this tip, I already have a functional intercom. The handset still has feedback during voice communication with the control panel, but from what I read in the manual, all you need to do is pull out the jumper that is responsible for the sensitivity of the connection.

Once again, thank you very much for your help and best regards

The user faced issues with the installation, where the doorbell signal was not audible, and communication with the control panel was not functioning, despite being able to open the door. Responses indicated that the user needed an analog version of the intercom, specifically a CYFRAL SMART model without the 'D'. After purchasing the correct model and connecting it, the user initially faced further issues due to incorrect wiring. Following advice to check the polarity of the connections, the user successfully resolved the communication problem by correcting the wiring and adjusting the sensitivity jumper as per the manual.
