Hey, I wanted to ask how to get to the thermostat in my refrigerator and what model of thermostat would be right for it. Below is a photo of the housing and the nameplate:

The refrigerator turns on for a few seconds and stops cooling (the freezer works fine). I assume it might be the thermostat's fault, but I wanted to check it out first. Unfortunately, the housing does not tell me how to get rid of it, I do not see the screws, and it sits tight. I don't want to force anything apart.
I will be grateful for some photos where to catch.

I do not know this model but most often you have to remove the bulb cover, unscrew the screw and slide the housing back

@ Zbych034 Thanks for your attention, I'll try. But let me ask you, I put on a thermostat, but the cooling of the fridge and freezer is independent?
For example, in my case, the freezer works fine, freezes, only the upper part (the refrigerator does not work properly). I wonder if there are two independent thermostats and in my case, the one from the refrigerator does not work.

There may be many solutions. Like two compressors, that's two thermostats.

A slightly different model, but the assembly drawing should help.

Thanks Freddy, but the diagram does not reflect what and how. Finally, I succeeded and it may be useful to someone. It is true that I did not take the key photo, but I will try to complete.
The casing is pulled down by:
1.dismantling the bulb cover (there is no problem here, it's beautiful - pull it towards the back of the refrigerator)
    2. Unscrew the bulb and in its vicinity there is a latch (you need to see it with a mirror and everything will be clear). You have to simultaneously press the latch (it sits firmly, very tightly!) And pull the housing towards you. The housing is seated in a typical slip-on skates and is only blocked by a latch on the bulb. Everything fits nicely so it sits hard. There are no screws to unscrew!
    3. Take out the capillary, disconnect the ankle with tension. End.

How to get a thermostat and guts? We already have the whole layout in hand. To get things out of the housing, you need to remove the potentiometer / thermostat knob. He also sits very hard, you have to undermine, I will say that I played with it for 10 minutes because it holds as if it were welded - and it is not. Will come out when you put in some affection ;) When the knob comes off, we take out the plate that holds the system in the housing (you can see it in the photo). And you can put out the guts.

It may be useful to someone, so I leave it.

Hello. I have the same problem in this refrigerator, did the thermostat replacement help or was it a rough failure?

It didn't help, we ended up replacing the refrigerator.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around accessing and identifying the correct thermostat model for the Whirlpool ART 464/5 CB304W refrigerator. The user seeks guidance on how to reach the thermostat, suspecting it may be faulty since the refrigerator is not cooling properly while the freezer functions well. Responses suggest that the housing can be removed by dismantling the bulb cover and pressing a latch, rather than unscrewing it. There is speculation about the possibility of two independent thermostats for the refrigerator and freezer. Ultimately, one user reported that replacing the thermostat did not resolve the issue, leading to a refrigerator replacement.
