    Hello

I bought the Tracer bluetooth speaker, but my Win 7 can't see it or install it. I can't connect it in any way. I tried to install WIDCOMM but already at the first step, where the program searches for hardware, there is a problem because it does not find the device. I will add that the speaker works perfectly with the phone.
Any suggestions? Should I install something?

The bluetooth speaker is definitely connecting it wirelessly. If it works with your phone, then you configure it correctly. Check with another computer. It may be like some phones, and some speakers work, and some don't. Or it's something with a bluetooth version, maybe some incompatible drivers. Check with another windows system. Look for drivers in goggles, something may be found and it will work properly. Have you tried connecting other speakers in this way to your computer or transferring data via bluetooth?

In the meantime, the device was added, but that's it. Does not search for the speaker. I try both on the cable and turning on the device without the cable.

    Hello,

I had the same problem :)
Do it for me it worked:
Drivers, apart from what Windows gives you do not install anything.
In the list "Devices and printers" the speaker has been added as "BT-Speaker", you click on it with the right mouse button and from the menu you choose bold "Control"
another window opens and you click the "Connect" button at the top are the icons
computer - BT - SPEAKER, as it is connected, a green bird should appear at the middle icon, the signature "Connected" in brackets and the sound from the computer should be transmitted to the speaker.

Important: The speaker will not connect if it is currently paired with another device, e.g. a telephone. You must break this connection and then it will connect.
The speaker must of course be turned on and set to bluetooth.

I am also trying to connect it to no effect.
    The "Control" option is missing.

    Hello,

Anyone know a way to get to the software / firmware inside the speaker? I want to change the volume permanently because it is very noisy when turned on. Windows 7 can't see it after connecting usb.

    Greetings in the New Year!
    B.
