Failed Win 10 Update: Error Windows cannot complete the installation on Laptop (Originally Win 7)

Hello,

There was an error while updating win10 on the laptop and nothing can be done about it. I keep popping up with the same message: "Windows cannot complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation."
Restarting does nothing. I don't have a win10 install CD. Originally the win 7 system was automatically uploaded to the laptop at the first boot, after some time I had the option to upgrade to win10 and so I did.


Please help.

What's your motherboard?

I have already found how to enter the BIOS and coped. Unfortunately, I had to reinstall windows ...
