Windows 10 - I do not have a repair disk and I have downed Windows 10

I was horribly jammed with a computer with Windows 10, and the old one helped to re-establish the system so I got to work here and what? eternal charging wheels ... Finally after 2 hours I got angry and restarted it again and here I get a message that the error occurred during installation, the computer was unexpectedly restarted. Well here comes my problem I do not have a disk installation or disk repair and everywhere they give such advice. And the question is whether someone knows how to restore a previous version from the bios level or something? Acha and does not help turning on and off when the Windows logo appears

Hello. As you can, drag the ISO file with the win 10 image from the Microsoft website. And you can repair the system from a disc or pendrive.

Before you start combining installations, check the hard drive first. I bet that it is damaged (wrong sectors on the surface).

You can check the drive on another computer. Use the program eg https://crystalmark.info/software/CrystalDiskInfo/index-e.html and show the SMART disk.
Just hook it as a second drive. Do not get that out.

I do not understand the focus of your statement, I do not blame myself for anyone and I have a problem but I do not blame anyone. Originally, Windows 7 was installed which I updated to 10 but the key from the case does not work.
