    Hello!
I was horribly jammed with a computer with Windows 10, and the old one helped to re-establish the system so I got to work here and what? eternal charging wheels ... Finally after 2 hours I got angry and restarted it again and here I get a message that the error occurred during installation, the computer was unexpectedly restarted. Well here comes my problem I do not have a disk installation or disk repair and everywhere they give such advice. And the question is whether someone knows how to restore a previous version from the bios level or something? Acha and does not help turning on and off when the Windows logo appears

Hello. As you can, drag the ISO file with the win 10 image from the Microsoft website. And you can repair the system from a disc or pendrive.

Before you start combining installations, check the hard drive first. I bet that it is damaged (wrong sectors on the surface).

The drive is rather ok because when it comes to the fact that it was silly, it is rather that in the task manager was 100% consumption and that after turning off the indexing and other bits

"Rather good" is not "definitely good". Make a good surface scan (SMART alone can not say everything) and it will be known for sure.

A colleague did not ask about it. The evil department chose, but what is not he the first, not the last.
Download the following from any computer:
    https://www.microsoft.com/pl-pl/software-download/windows10
With this tool, choose to download the Windows 10 image in the version you had on the PC you are repairing, create the most convenient installation media on the pendrive. Install without providing the key, activate via the Internet (default) unless it is activated by itself during installation. The key is assigned to the hardware (each win10 key has it).

However, if the previous speakers are right and it is very likely, the installation can also fail.

If what or whoever is here "pulta" is you (is the key from the "bottom of the computer" to Windows 10, and the Lord chose "any" version of the system?). All you need to do is select the "I do not have a key ..." option and proceed to the next installation phase. - The rest of the details you will find either on the electrode or - more broadly - on the network. It is enough, instead of having a grudge, not to reach for it.

I do not understand the focus of your statement, I do not blame myself for anyone and I have a problem but I do not blame anyone. Originally, Windows 7 was installed which I updated to 10 but the key from the case does not work. You do not have to react so immediately because I do not quite understand why you took my statement as a complaint to anyone - but thank you that I will manage on my own, or if I will leave

And what else, as not pretensions, is writing about "pultaniu" installer for a key and indicating that this "case" does not work? If you would have been kind to write a fast to which I had previously referred, to look through similar lines to the Lord, then neither a post would have arisen, nor would my response be published.

I should also break this fragment into prime factors, or perhaps even though its content will help you "on your own"?

I did not mean, as a bad thing, and the fact that the key from the case was not informative, I would not be advised to take it from there - because it does not work, I'm sorry that you took my statements as a grudge because I never had one. I am grateful for all the answers even yours even though you are behaving in a surly manner to me and I do not understand why, I have not noticed the entry that I have not noticed because he writes everything from the phone where the screen is limited, because I can not remember my computer for obvious reasons. As for other entries, I got acquainted with them but no coincidence was like mine. I do not intend to argue with you anymore, but I do not understand the Lord's surlyness

for everyone who is looking for how to protect against the failure of the W10
I recommend the rescue disk in the form of WinPE by Sergey Strelec from the site
    majorgeeks.com
thanks to this we have a convenient tool to run programs
Macrium Reflect or Lazesoft Recovery Suite, view logs or execution of the Bluescreenview program showing mini-dumps of memory from the crash together with the program or driver which caused these failures, we also use Tweaking.com - Windows Repair to repair the errors found

Macrium Reflect from Sergey's winPE allows the ReDeploy function to modify the existing operating system to work on new hardware or in a virtual machine, i.e. to install a copy of our system on another hardware, usually bypassing cloning restrictions
due to other drivers and hardware layer of the system

the content is included here because of the promotion of this thread
in google on request for rescue disk for W10

FAQ

TL;DR: Need to fix a stuck Windows 10 install without a disc? Use a USB drive (at least 8 GB); “A blank USB flash drive with at least 8 GB of space.” Create media on another PC, boot, then repair or reinstall. Create installation media for Windows [Create installation media for Windows]

Why it matters: This FAQ helps users who can’t boot Windows 10 and have no repair disc quickly recover with vetted steps and tools.

Quick Facts

How do I recover Windows 10 if it’s stuck in an install loop and I have no repair disc?

Create Microsoft installation media on another PC, boot from USB, then choose Repair or reinstall the same edition you had. Install without entering a key; it will activate online on the same hardware. If repair fails, proceed with a clean install after backups. [Elektroda, 310artur, post #16981198]

Can I make a Windows 10 installer on a different computer?

Yes. Prepare a USB or DVD on a second computer, then boot your problem PC from that media to repair or reinstall. This is the fastest path when your original system won’t boot. [Elektroda, daminek1234, post #16980355]

What should I check before reinstalling so the error doesn’t return?

Verify drive health first. Run a full surface/SMART check to catch bad sectors that can break installs. Replace a failing drive before you reinstall. “SMART alone can’t say everything—do a surface scan.” [Elektroda, arkolesz, post #16980516]

How do I check my disk’s SMART on another PC?

Connect the problem drive as a secondary disk to a working PC. Use CrystalDiskInfo to read SMART and share the report if needed. Avoid writing to the disk until you’ve backed up data. [Elektroda, Pedros050, post #16980492]

Windows setup is asking for a product key—what do I click?

Select the option “I don’t have a key” and continue installing. After setup, Windows will activate online if the hardware already has a digital entitlement. [Elektroda, Matuzalem, post #16981560]

Will my Windows 10 reactivate automatically after reinstall?

Yes, on the same hardware. Install the same Windows 10 edition, skip entering a key, and let online activation apply the hardware‑bound license. [Elektroda, 310artur, post #16981198]

Which edition should I install to avoid activation issues?

Match the edition you previously used (e.g., Home vs. Pro) when creating or selecting the image. Installing a different edition can prevent activation until you reinstall with the correct one. [Create installation media for Windows]

The installer spins for hours—should I keep waiting or restart?

If you see endless spinning dots for hours, restart into USB media and attempt Repair, then reinstall if needed. Repeated restarts at the logo did not help in the reported case after roughly two hours. [Elektroda, Agrael_00001, post #16980349]

What’s WinPE by Sergey Strelec and how can it help?

It’s a bootable rescue environment. It lets you run tools like Macrium Reflect, Lazesoft Recovery Suite, BlueScreenView, and Tweaking.com Windows Repair for imaging, log review, and fixes when Windows won’t start. [Elektroda, wertee, post #19631406]

What is Macrium Reflect ReDeploy?

ReDeploy adjusts an existing Windows install so it boots on different hardware or a VM by injecting needed drivers, which helps when cloning won’t start on new machines. [Elektroda, wertee, post #19631406]

How do I create a Windows 10 USB the right way (3 steps)?

  1. Download and run the Media Creation Tool. 2. Pick Windows 10 and create a bootable USB (8 GB+). 3. Boot target PC from USB to Repair or Install. [Create installation media for Windows]

Edge case: Why did activation fail after a clean install?

You may have installed the wrong edition. Setup requires you to choose the edition tied to your license; the wrong pick forces another clean install to activate. [Microsoft Q&A, 2024]

I upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 before. Will that digital license still work?

Yes. When reinstalling the same edition on the same hardware, skip the key. The digital license activates over the internet automatically. [Elektroda, 310artur, post #16981198]

Any quick performance tip during reinstall?

Use a USB 3.0 flash drive and port with an 8 GB+ stick created by Microsoft’s tool. Faster media shortens install time and reduces retry loops. [Create installation media for Windows]

What does SMART mean in disk checks?

SMART is Self‑Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology. Reading SMART with tools like CrystalDiskInfo helps detect reallocated sectors and pending failures before reinstalling. [Elektroda, Pedros050, post #16980492]
