Hello, I have a problem with bluetooth headphones from Audi. In the car and on some 2 old SE and 1 Nokia they work. After pairing with Android, iPhone and Windows, only a soft hum. Someone has already encountered such a problem?

When did you buy the headphones? It is possible that new devices do not support your hardware.

The headphones come from a two-year-old car, but this model has been produced since 2010. It is strange that they are properly detected and connected. I think it may be something with volume control, but unfortunately my knowledge ends there.

It's best to look somewhere on the audia forums, look for what hardware it works with. Some time ago I had a similar case with a new BMW at the customer's. It turned out that it only connects to a few Samsung and iPhone models.
