I ordered the ultrabox + and the second decoder in the multiroom option. Now it looks like there is no converter that will handle it.
I mean connecting the Ultrabox with two cables (separately H and separately V), and an ordinary signal to the second decoder.
Unless I'm wrong and you can buy a converter somewhere. As far as I read on the market, Quad or Quattro converters are available. Currently, I have a TechniSat Phoenix CE UHD Quad 0000/7694 converter, but I am not able to set the Ultrabox + in the separately H and separately V, as I have such a view:

So I can not connect this decoder in broadband mode.
If I read well, would I need a converter other than the one I currently own, or a multiswitch? I am a little layman on the subject of SAT technology.

Basic installation (2 antennas), no broadband.

And if I want this broadband, what should I do? Unless you can not?

There are no such converters. As you already have to record 4 channels at once, you have to buy a unicable converter.

Only that in the instructions of this decoder it is written that full "power" is available only after connecting H and V broadband separately, not Unicable.
But to the point: will this multiswitch solve my problem? It's about using all the Ultrabox features and connecting an ordinary decoder to a multiroom.
And an additional question: do I need a Unicable or H / V wideband option for receiving 4K signal, or is a simple configuration with one antenna also available? (I ask, because in the sales room nc + the gentleman was very ... curled and could not decide whether enough antenna and one cable (minimum configuration, or needs configuration on two antennas (two cables - as I have now), or unicable, or the H / V option)

How to connect this multi switch as I understand it has 4 inputs (2 per H and 2 volts), my converter does not support (as far as I understand, the materials needed for this configuration are a converter with separate H and V outputs

I learned about the multiswitches only today :)

    In sum:
    - wideband configuration for two separate H and V outputs and multiroom on one cable - only on this multiswitch + quattro converter.
    - Unicable configuration - Unicable + Twin converter, so that the multiroom would work?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the user's query regarding the setup of an Ultrabox+ and a second decoder in a multiroom configuration. The user is facing challenges with connecting the Ultrabox+ using separate horizontal (H) and vertical (V) cables, and is unsure about the compatibility of their current TechniSat Phoenix CE UHD Quad converter. Responses suggest that a unicable converter is necessary for recording multiple channels simultaneously, and recommend purchasing a Johansson 9733 multiswitch or an INVERTO UNICABLE QUAD + TWIN for a more cost-effective solution. The user seeks clarification on whether a multiswitch will enable full functionality of the Ultrabox+ and if a unicable or H/V wideband configuration is required for 4K signal reception. The conversation highlights the importance of understanding multiswitch configurations and the distinction between unicable and wideband setups.
