    Hi,

I got missions from my father to create an excel warehouse for him so that he could receive and release goods and check the state of nothing else. Something simple and transparent and easy to use, dad is 62 years old and he is not a computer genius. I created a simple file, and basically a list where I enter what I accept, what it seems and after sorting it counts how much is in stock. It's a bit crude so dad used this week and came back with fresh ideas.
I need a simple file, easy for a pensioner, where you can receive and add goods, and check inventory quickly and easily. There are about 30 products and each of them has from 1 to 12 variants.
There were already many such topics in one, I found a really nice file, but too complicated, too many options, some truncated version could be useful, but with a macro, I only know the cash & carry macro. https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic2973819.html
Dad and I would be grateful for any help.

    Regards

Your file - this is the one with the cash & carry macro :D ?

If this is an Excel file without a macro, why do you incompressively compress it?

In general, for such matters it is a database rather than a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is for simple applications only, and the consistency of the data is sometimes so-so. If you write that goods are starting to have many variants, then you should expect more ideas for innovation in the database, for example crosy, or addressing in the warehouse. Simple Excel spreadsheets were even here in the forum, only honestly, I doubt their strength.

I uploaded an excel file to show how advanced I was, haha I just wanted to arouse pity :) But seriously, I know that Excel is not the best for it, but it really has no other choice.
Products and variants are different but they are still rather simple articles, e.g. checkers in black and white variants, some plastic elements in which the variant is usually color or size. Addressing will not be because the magazine and basically the magazine is very small. I also mentioned that the user is basically a pensioner, so simplicity is the key.

Look in archival posts, you'll definitely find some Excel file used to "watch" the warehouse / billing.

Okay, I found something there and changed it to my own needs. I don't think it could be simpler but that's about it. If anyone has any nice ideas, I invite you and thank you for your interest.
