Audi A4 B5 (1996) - Dipped Beam Issue: Position & Long Lights Working, No Voltage on Fuses

I was looking for a similar topic on the forum, I could not find anything.

The problem is unusual. The position lights work, the long lights also work, but the passing lights dies. Light bulbs are good, fuses not burned. I will give a hint that there is no voltage on the dipped beam fuses. First, my right light died, and after a while it was only left and I do not have any right now. Do you know what it can be? Where to look for a problem?

Concluding from what you write, the switch fell but before that the bulb was burned.
