    Hello

I have had throttle errors P2100 and P2102 for some time. Then there was such a problem that after about 10 minutes of driving, the engine went out and it was difficult to start it.
The entire throttle was replaced (for example, it had broken teeth) and the engine harness (pognita).
Well, okay, but all the time after deleting the errors P2100 and P2102 appear.
    What could be wrong ?

Buddy, and you checked the fuses
The extinguishing flap is new or a stimulant
    You watched if it works

    I checked the fuses.
There was one burned out (F8), but according to the descriptions I find, it is not even used?!? Skoda Octavia II 2.0 TDI BKD - Throttle Errors: P2100 and P2102

The throttle was changed complete, so together with the flap. I did not mention it, but I assume that it was done ok.

The behavior is the same as before the damper and cables were replaced. :(
Via OBD2 it shows me throtthle still at 94.9

ps. I also found descriptions that this fuse can actually be used for the throttle. But replaced and the bugs still fly :(

Buddy, have you measured the ankle tension and is the mass good?

Which ankle should I measure to?

    To the throttle plug.

I understand that I only need to check the weight and power? Should I not touch the other two signalers?

In general, you can check the signal wires to the ECU for continuity, but the errors rather indicate a problem with the voltage to the throttle.

Hello, buddy. I have the same problem with the BKD engine, 2 months ago I replaced the egr throttles because the old ones broke the teeth. I set up the 1.9 td engine and specifically the 03G128063C throttle model. I have already done it in the BSY 2.0Tdi engine and the problem with the throttle never appeared again. For two weeks I have had an error p2100 and the check lights up. After the error is cleared, everything is ok until the engine is restarted. Fuses checked, wiring harness too. I will add that the throttle is working properly, teeth inches, closes when the engine is turned off and returns to the open position. The car drives normally, power is not lacking only this check and error. Will someone help in this topic?

I would like to add that once the abs, esp and the tire pressure light came on, but they went out after driving 2 km and they did not light up any more. Yesterday the check went out automatically when firing and I drove all day, everything seemed ok. Today in the morning with the first firing check lit up again.

I know my friend, that's why I didn't want quinola. I bought an original VDO Siemens or something like that 1.5 months was ok and still the throttle works open and close. goes out and flows without jerking the engine and fires smoothly as well. I think this error may be related to something else.

For me, the problem began as for you. Various bugs and behaviors. Once even the engine went into a failure condition and I had 70 HP :(
But these problems disappeared after the engine harness was replaced. She was rotten and every cable was worn.

Do you have the same fuse box as I gave the photo?

No, my box looks different. If you entered emergency mode, maybe the turbo is overcharging. I had such a case in 2.0 tdi BSY. The geometry in the turbine was seized. I have already checked everything I could, I have no idea. Maybe I will invest in another throttle but what's the point if she's working properly.

The fact that I was in a failure state was due to the fact that one of the cables was torn, and the computer stated a turbine error.
Therefore, I replaced the entire bundle and the problem disappeared.

ps. What is your mailbox? Did you find out which fuse is from the throttle? I also have a radiator fan attached to it.

I have a Seat Altea from 2007, so I don't remember it anymore, in the older versions No.

Tell me what diagnosed these errors with Vag or some other scanner? I used elm327 and smartphone applications. Maybe it will display a completely different error on a specific device.

This is my fuse box under the hood.

From the throttle and fan there is one of these two red 10A next to relay 370.

    Added after 3 [minutes]:

Yesterday I erased the error in the evening, this morning I started and extinguished the engine 5 times and everything was ok.

Well, the first one on the right.

Well, you still have to check what I have to. Check whether there is ground and voltage in the plug at the throttle. There are probably 4 pins there. So I guess two power, one steering and one reading position (I think)

And shows you the status of the throttle opening in OBD2?

I did not check the OBD2. I took this thick pipe with the egr and checked it while the engine was running. When extinguishing it closes and after a while it returns to the open position. If it is about checking the voltage, I read somewhere that the 2nd and 4th pin works but I have not done it yet. When you check it, let us know what you read for the measurements.

    Pin 2 and 1
    1 - mass
    2 - 12v after ignition.

Thanks for the info. Can you tell me how to accurately measure it with a meter because I would not like to make a short circuit. I understand that the meter is for V and positive for the second pin and negative for the battery or the motor housing ?? And how to check the mass in the opposite way, i.e. plus on the battery and minus on the 1 pin meter?

Exactly as you write. During the measurements, you can move the beam, as the measurement changes at some point, it means that it is damaged.

Ok thank you so much. I will check tomorrow and let me know

Added after 15 [hours] 41 [minutes]:

I checked the voltage and mass on the throttle plug. Everything is ok both ways 12.20V. When I plugged the cube on the ignition, you can hear that the throttle responds. I found a new way to turn off the check light. For example, 5-6 times and after which the check goes out. Now I will let go of the topic and I will drive with this checek because I have no ideas. In a week I will replace the timing gear, maybe the mechanic will advise something.

    Added after 49 [minutes]:

I checked the throttle position and I have 100%.

The topic is resolved for me. After replacing this harness, replacing the fuse and resetting the errors, it is already several thousand km and it is approx.
