I have a problem with the USB ports on a Lenovo laptop (CPU: Intel Celeron N2840 2.16 GHz, RAM: 4 GB). After connecting the mouse, USB flash drive etc. to the ports, they do not respond at all and this is definitely the fault of the USB ports, because the devices on other computers work. Maybe it's the drivers' fault, I don't know. But if so, how should I check and update them because I don't know much about this topic. Anyone have any idea? This is a very important matter because I have not been able to connect the pendrive to it (also the mouse) for a month, so I am asking for a detailed solution to the problem.
