If you look at it correctly, you have F64 and F65 check it, you even have it described on the sticker. These are "mini" fuses.

And it's so difficult to pull out the fan, not easy, but before that I would connect the light bulb and see if there is voltage to the fan.

Just like a colleague Strumien writes> plug in a light bulb> (check if the fan turns - light and without resistance) When the voltage comes up the bulb burns then you have a thermal fuse (and I won't say it happens :D ) or, as a last resort, a fan motor
If it doesn't, check the voltage on the speed controller (does it come in and out) :D
If you have checked the fuses (they are ok), the regulator should be energized
If there is no damaged beam, then analogically after the switch :D

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around troubleshooting a non-functioning blower in a Ford Focus MK1. Initial suggestions include checking the fuses, specifically F64 and F65, which are mini fuses located in the engine compartment. If the fuses are intact, users recommend testing for voltage at the fan by connecting a light bulb to determine if the thermal fuse is faulty or if the fan motor itself is defective. Additionally, checking the speed controller for voltage is advised if the fuses are operational. The complexity of accessing the fan is noted, but it is emphasized that verifying the electrical connections is crucial for diagnosing the issue.
