The new large Bosch KGN49XI30 refrigerator under warranty (width 70cm) makes strange sounds from the beginning, which are a nightmare at night (kitchenette). The refrigerator can murmur, whisper, whistle, etc. I called the service, they warned me that the call would be unjustified and that these refrigerators are on a new factor that already has it. Is it true or is there a way? Maybe not enough of this factor?

    Hello.
This model does. Have you leveled it to the weight horizontally and vertically?

Thanks! Yes, leveled and rubber pads - it helped a bit, but still some strange sounds and Bosch's service washes their hands, a nightmare.

I join the question. Exactly the same refrigerator. Leveled from the rotating laser. ;-) I take into account some noise from the compressor and the periodic operation of nofrost fans, but this refrigerator:

    1) buzzing - something is clearly vibrating around the compressor while it is running
    2) it hums from time to time, as if something is gradually relaxing.

The worst thing is the buzzing, because it accompanies the whole time of the generator's operation. Do you have any idea what to do with it? I already knocked the whole back of the refrigerator, moved everything I could, but couldn't find the cause.

However, the drain pan is firmly attached or the cable is touching the housing. Best to look for on an offset refrigerator while you work. Shots and other strange noises usually disappear after a few weeks of work

Unfortunately, these types already have it. But it's good to put the rubber under the feet and level it well :P

Topic summary

The Bosch KGN49XI30 refrigerator, a 70cm model, is reported to produce various strange sounds, including buzzing and humming, which are particularly bothersome at night. Users have confirmed that they have leveled the appliance and used rubber pads to mitigate the noise, but issues persist. Some users speculate that the sounds may be related to the compressor or the no-frost fans. Despite attempts to identify the source of the noise, including checking for vibrations and loose components, the problem remains unresolved. Service representatives have indicated that such noises are common in this model due to its new design factor, leaving users frustrated with the lack of effective solutions.
