Bosch KIS38A51 fridge - displays alarm (AL) and makes a sound

The fridge started to give out an intermittent, uniform sound, which can be described as 'beeping', and the message AL appears on the screen for no apparent reason. After pressing the buttons on the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer compartment, it indicates the same temperature as set. When the volume mute button is pressed (speaker icon crossed out), the alarm stops but the message remains. After switching off and on, the message remains and the sound appears again. What's the problem? Adds a photo with information about the model.

The aggregate runs cyclically, the rear wall of the refrigerator freezes and then condenses, and in the freezer -20 ° C. I bet the driver, since the display on it shows nothing. Other ideas?

Yes. The driver turned out to be crazy. I bought it by mail order in a well-known household appliances store from Koszalin and after exchanging it elegantly. Simple wire exchange: two screws and the controller is on top, connected to the tape and power cord (two cubes in total). Good luck
