Hello I have a question. What could be the reason that the drum does not spin in the washing machine? The belt is stretched, moving your hand normally turns. The washing machine normally starts working, takes in water and does not want to spin at all. I pulled out the brushes, they seemed good, screwed them back on my eye and the drum started spinning. Heals when the next day I wanted to put the laundry the drum did not move. Please help.
