    Hello forum users,

I have Navitel e100 navigation, navigation virtually new, because it may have been used twice in the last two years, as I travel quite a lot now, I wanted to do a map update, and a meatball, no computer can see this USB navigation for me, I connected it to the station (windows 7) and on a laptop (Windows 10) and complete lack of response when connected to USB, only charging works.

I disassembled the navigation to see if the MicroUsb socket is broken, unfortunately not, the problem lies somewhere further. Maybe someone encountered such a problem in these devices, I do not know if it is worth sending it to someone for repair.

Is there any computer response to the navigation connection? Any message about an unrecognized device?
Check the cable - sometimes you get (e.g. in cheap chargers or power banks) only power, without a wire responsible for data transfer (in short)
And don't connect via HUB and USB 3.0

No reaction, no connection sound, nothing at all, no unrecognized device message.

I checked two cables, including the original one supplied by the manufacturer with this device.

Maybe I can't help but please check the USB cable on other devices. And I write as that quite recently I struggled with transmission attempts not seeing that the wires I used were intended only for chargers, i.e. simply equipped with two wires. Outside, it is no different, and yes, it does.

The cable is checked, the computer and the phone are communicating.
