ANENG AN8008 and AN8009 is a reasonable offer if you buy in China where prices are around 60 and 90 PLN.
I have AN8009 and have been using it for two months, replaced Uni-t 139.
Although smaller it is somehow more readable and handier.
For me, more than satisfactory accuracy. However, when you feel Chinese quality in your hand.

Chinese Richmeters 109 has true rms, also measures capacities, is accurate, what's more it has a generator, measures Hz frequency and is powered by 3V from two AA batteries. I paid with a shipment from China PLN 100. I have currently noticed the new model mn. with temperature measurement capability. These meters are also known under different names.

Please, sticky face of the multimeter: http://www.ebay.com/itm/201976626486

And the best part is that these meters on YT people praise, the leaders consider them more accurate than e.g. Fluke

And another ZOTEK 101 and 102

If you are still looking for a cheap meter, grab the auction link:
Aneng 8008 is for funny money, if you tick off the seller's discount PLN 3.98 you have it for 65 with pennies

I just needed a generator to "blow" acoustic tracks, that's why I bought the 109 Richmeter, but I've already seen the newer model 111. This in turn also allows you to measure temperature. Oh, on the display of the Rm 109 model 4x9999 is displayed instead of 101 and 102 4x6666. The exact description of these two meters together with the measurement results is on the Gotronika page.

... rather 5999. Aneng has always been cheaper on Banggood, especially when you hit the coupon. Aneng is an OEM manufacturer, meaning those under the Aneng brand are "original". It's a whole series from AN8001 to AN8009.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around selecting a reliable multimeter under PLN 120, with a focus on accuracy, capacitor measurement, and frequency (Hz) capabilities. The FORSCHER FS702 is mentioned as a potential option, likened to the ANENG series, specifically models AN8008 and AN8009, which are praised for their accuracy and affordability when purchased from China. Other alternatives include the Richmeters 109, which offers true RMS, capacitor measurement, and frequency generation, and is noted for its accuracy and additional features like temperature measurement in newer models. Users express concerns about the quality of Chinese products but acknowledge the value they provide at lower prices. Recommendations include checking various online platforms for the best deals on these multimeters.
