    Good,
How in the subject, should this (video) EGR adaptation look like? I can make logs as needed. Channel 74, with normal driving, most of the time shows 0.92V of the set value, something I don't like here. Sometimes the error EGR 16787 p0403 EGR valve-N18 is shown Malfunction. It appears once a month. Please compare someone who has the same 1.6 FSI, BAD engine, recordings from block 075 where something is not working for me. Sometimes when the flow value (in my opinion THICK too low) drops to zero for a moment, you can feel a gas thump. this was not there before. maybe I have a break somewhere, although I auditioned the installation. On channel 74, with normal driving, the value changes to max 1.4V, the maximum value of the EGR valve opening is less than 5V. Why is he writing? Because the symptoms are exactly as wikirosstech writes, jerking at idle, uneven engine operation, increased combustion. As if EGR would not work, but I do not know if it is EGR or a computer or connectors. It seems to me that something went wrong with the EGR adaptation with the green device on the video. The adaptation looped and you could never get adapt ok. There were runes all the time. Then I adapted a computer and everything is ok.
I thought that the EGR potentiometer, but manually opening the valve to the maximum shows nicely from 0.92V to almost 5V. i.e. potentiometer approx.

ps, I always deal with problems with this car myself, but this time I have no ideas anymore. I will add that sometimes there are misfires on the 4th cylinder, it is possible that it is due to a malfunction of the EGR. I replaced / replaced the injector, candles, coil, and they still fall out on 4. Compression ok. Lights are dimmed at low speed while jerking. Possible something with the alternator. [/movie]

In such severe cases, the replacement of e EGR with a new one, not used, usually helps. Then the adaptation and it's supposed to be ok. Often these valves on the table work ok and on the car where there is a variable temperature and pressure variables no longer work properly.

    Good,
I will not exchange it for a new one, because it is probably a minimum cost of PLN 1,200. This car is not worth even 10k, so it probably misses the point. And I know the stimulant can be exactly the same as mine.

The question for today should EGR open to 100% in any case? Yesterday, after unscrewing, cleaning the contacts inside the EGR (I thought maybe the rack was damaged, but not) I put it together and today it goes without even a single jerk. Maybe it is due to the weather because -8 degrees today was in the black before. I found my descriptions of the blocks finally (photo) and they show that the EGR should go from 0.3 to 1.5V, so the question is whether it should open at all more than the minimini ??

It's hard to answer your question because no one in the "memory" knows how the EGR map is shaped in your ECU. Maybe hit a tuner and it will turn it off.

Don't buy tires and gasoline either because it's unprofitable ... Replace with a new one and everything should be ok.
