Hello, I recently purchased a new laptop - MSI GV62.
The laptop had WIN 10 installed.

The problem is that the touchpad works - you can use the tile to move the cursor, and double-clicking causes the same as the default left mouse button. In contrast, both buttons under the touchpad do nothing, both left and right - any attempts to click anywhere - whether on a file, folder or in any programs end with no laptop response. Has anyone encountered such a thing? Does anyone know how to fix it? I hope that the reason for this situation is not too complicated and I can fix it without sending the device to the store.

The drivers were installed from the beginning, and I was looking for a solution updated to the latest from MSI. in the screen attachment the touchpad driver icon that detects the use of individual board elements. When I slide across the reeds, its thumbnail lights up green - but if I use the buttons, nothing lights up. For comparison, when I click the plate wanting to open a file, the left button on the drivers thumbnail lights up accordingly.
