I replaced the HDD disk with Samsung NVMe. Windows 10 Pro won't activate. It still indicates that the equipment has been replaced, error code 0x803FA067.
Earlier I did any transfers from HDD to SSD and back and everything was ok.
I logged in to the microsoft account and nothing.
I don't know what to do with it now.

    "Activating after reinstalling Windows 10
How you activate Windows 10 after reinstalling it depends on how Windows 10 was originally installed on your device.

If you have activated as part of a free upgrade to Windows 10 or purchased and activated Windows 10 from the Microsoft Store, you have a digital license for the device. This means that you can reinstall the same version of Windows 10 that your device has a digital license for, without having to enter the product key. If you are prompted for a product key during reinstallation, you can skip this step. After the installation is complete, Windows 10 will be automatically activated online.

Make sure it is activated before trying to reinstall Windows 10. Select the Start button, then select Settings> Updates and security> Activation. If Windows 10 has not been activated on your device, see Getting help with Windows 10 activation errors for more information.

For more information on creating installation media to reinstall Windows 10, visit the Microsoft software download website. When creating the installation media, select the version of Windows 10 that matches the version already installed on your device.

It did nothing. I make the installation from the same medium as always. just two days ago I was getting clean Win10 again and everything was fine. Today I installed a new Samsung SSD and flap! I just tried to activate on the old config and nothing! It doesn't activate on the old disk either. I'm switching to a Mac today. I'm sick of it.

I was at Microsoft today. They've reset my account. In addition, you had to do Win + R, enter SLUI 3 and enter the Windows 7 key.
