Well, supports, or not because I think I caught sight and do not see the settings? Someone was connecting? What converters works well with?

    Hello.
Yes, Premiumbox + wifi supports Unicable (sometimes the decoder can display a message about no signal for a very short time).
The options for starting operation in the AERIAL menu are exactly the same as in turboBOX + (some series of this decoder have a problem when switching channels). The same requirements are also the same: connection of two antenna signals and restrictions: no possibility of receiving signals from the Astra satellite.

Why are you sending me a quote from the NC + forum from 2015? The rest of this topic indicates that it does not work properly with the Inverto converter. Did you check personally? So now I think that the "single-cable mode" option must appear after switching to 2 antennas. The question was, did anyone check the unicable functionality of this decoder? And on what converter?

Okay, I've read that "single-cable mode" appears only when set to 2 antennas. Nobody really connected this decoder to unicable? How does this work in practice? Which converter is doing the best?

A Unicable converter is enough, https://www.eltrox.pl/tv-i-multimedia/telewiz.../konwertery/konwerter-blue-line-unicable.html
You connect the Unicable signal via splitter to both SAT WiFi premium box's satellite antenna inputs
In single-cable mode, you set a different frequency for each of the four inputs: 1210 MHz, 1420 MHz, 1680 MHz, 2040 MHz
In the case of this converter, you can still connect a decoder, e.g. WiFibox, as a multiroom. The WiFi box does not support Unicable technology, so you need to connect it to the second output with a legacy signal, i.e. a traditional one like in a regular converter.

If I can add my three grosze, I have been dealing with satellite installations for many years, I was dealing with such a converter, it came out very pale, with the new antenna of 80cm diameter from Corab MER of course on the most interesting transponders 11,449GHz MER 12 dB and 11.508 GHz 11.5 dB, after converting to ordinary Single Inverto from 10 years ago MER 14.8 dB and 14.4 dB, respectively. Poor results were on the unicable connector and on the conventional universal. Unicable Inverto is definitely better, although worse art can always happen.

A little dig up but the topic fits and I would like to make sure ...

I just called Canal + with a question about Unicable support via Wifi Premiumbox + and I was told categorically NO - it doesn't support Unicable and from their set-top boxes only the most expensive Ultrabox + has this option.

    Can anyone confirm or deny?
Maybe it's their marketing trick or what?

On their Technical Support page you have ...

And that was what I meant. If such a system works, it means that either the consultants on the hotline are uninformed or are spinning something.

    edit:
Unless this option is blocked in currently released decoders but this seems unlikely.

Topic summary

The Wifi PremiumBox+ reportedly supports Unicable technology, although users have experienced intermittent issues such as brief "no signal" messages. To utilize Unicable, it is necessary to connect two antenna signals and configure the system to single-cable mode, which activates when set to two antennas. Various converters have been discussed, with some users noting that the Inverto converter may not work effectively. A specific Unicable converter was recommended, which allows for multiple frequency settings for different inputs. However, there are conflicting reports regarding the official support for Unicable by Canal+, with some users stating that only the Ultrabox+ supports this feature. Overall, user experiences vary, and further testing with different converters is suggested.
