The steering wheel turns left by itself and I cannot calibrate it

Hello. I have a problem. I bought a Tracer Drifter handlebar and it turns slightly left being straight. In addition, to turn left, it is enough to slightly tilt the steering wheel in that direction. on the contrary, if he wants to turn right. then I have to turn the steering wheels almost halfway. I have installed the latest drivers. Entering the game controllers and properties tab, there is no button for calibration. only the buttons and the steering wheel turn are visible there. Of course it is slightly skewed to the left even though the steering wheel is straight. Now what can I do? Can it be fixed somehow? or calibrate? is there maybe some calibration program? Welcome. According to the manual, the steering wheel calibrates itself when turning on the power, so the position it was in when turning on should be considered as neutral.

Try to reduce the sensitivity with the knob to minimum, then turn off and reconnect. Something will change?
