DHW or domestic water is set according to individual preferences, because each boiler can heat differently.
I have 38 degrees on the boiler, e.g. for the shower, and 40 for the bathtub.
As for heating, I have set 65 degrees, but in practice the boiler rarely reaches this value.
I have set the boiler power to a minimum and the room regulator decides about the length of the cycle. The colder it is, the longer the cycle becomes and the boiler heats to a higher temperature.
If the cycle is short and with a longer break, then the water will not have time to heat up, so setting a higher temperature does not matter.
I don't know how you set the boiler power for what and what control you have, if you can set it like me, just like me.
If the temperature was not too low, because in cooperation with a room regulator at too low a temperature, the boiler may turn off the burner too soon, even though the regulator will still give a HEATER signal.
There are no universal settings, they depend on several factors and you as a user should know how your boiler works and what settings are best for it, because I assume you have had it for years and not from yesterday.
Although due to the minimum power, this boiler is a misplaced choice for heating an apartment or an energy-saving house, but if you don't know it, "professionals" push lay people to sell it.
