Hello. I have a problem with my Chinese quad 110. Quad won't start despite a freshly charged battery. The starter spins without charge. He even got it once, but after a few seconds I opened the air supply and went out, after which it was not possible to start it again. In addition, the spark on the candle is very good, and the candle itself after wet firing. In the autumn the valves were adjusted (suction-0.03, exhaust-0.05). I bought it in the summer of born and from the beginning there were problems with him. When it was firing up quite well there were problems with the carburetor that could not be eliminated until now. It could not be adjusted in any way. It was cleaned several times but it didn't help. Fuel leaked through the air filter several times. He went out at low speed, and choked at full throttle while driving. On a warm engine sunbathing without major problems. I don't want to fire on reverse. Anyone have any ideas what could be the reason? Thank you in advance for your help and best regards! :)

And why would it fire on reverse? 8-O
But seriously. Maybe it should start only on the pressed clutch as it is now in many cars.

This is a semi-automatic machine, both in reverse and only in the sense of pushing.

Anyone else have a similar situation and could suggest something in this topic?

Check the wedge on the shaft under the flywheel to see if it is beveled. If it is cut, replace it with a new one and tighten the nut securely, locking the chain from the starter so that the flywheel does not rotate. Then set the timing accordingly.
