He has been working in this industry for several years. It is true that only after technical college but I gained enough knowledge to run a gsm service myself. T Is it worth it and is it still profitable?
Three years of technical school (from apprenticeships), one year on the website at OCA, LOCA. A year repairing laptops / computers (except SMD, BGA), Later I worked as a service technician in a post-warranty service. I managed the point, repaired and had a helper to service clients or clean up.

I have soldering at my fingertips. Any micro usb, ffc connector can be replaced using the flask itself. I have been using Hota only since the holiday, although I have exchanged so many connectors with the first hot plug that it fell :)

I exchange only the displays, touches, fast (I only have my equipment on the fly and I support tbk-518),

Boxy. I worked on cyclone, mt-box, z3x or mtbox.

Purchase / sale - one year of experience.
Customer service - professional after several courses,
I have a lot of small things:
    - around 50 models of talk speakers, 70 models of music speakers, 40 models of microphones, 15 models of micro USB connectors, 60 models of large micro USB connectors.
    - europallet of phones left by customers (to choose from in color :-) )
    - another europallet of LCD displays that I have not regenerated because I do not have my laminator, autoclave.

But is it worth spending ~ 25k saved to open your own website? I can take care of customer service, sales, service repairs, purchase and sale of telephones. Accounting can be done with the help of programs such as shopkeeper, computer, tax matters through the trusted epuap profile. I have an eye on two premises (right next to the town square [where there is also competition but also more traffic] or further, e.g. in tesco / auchan away from the competition). The city has 200,000 inhabitants.

Interest in buying used phones has dropped. Purchase also (stolen, found, in installments, after passage). You have to have a large margin to get out of it. You can still gain from tempered glass. Trade in a protective case is a continuous investment. Someone will ask you about the simlock once a week. Only service can bring benefits (connectors, displays, touches, microphones, switches, flooded phones, expertise).

It all depends on the local market.

On the other hand - even make a simple business plan, calculate fixed costs (premises, electricity, etc.) and see how many customers you would have to go to "zero". Then your eyes will open. In my opinion (without counting) it is not that simple. Maybe it is worth starting with services without a place?

At the beginning a small place: 1200 PLN
    Electricity: PLN 200
    Zus: PLN 520?
Rounded to 2,000 For work six days a week, PLN 84 per day.

If I sell 4 tempered glass per day = PLN 75-80
Three service repairs = PLN 200
Accessories: 2-3 full sheets PLN 50
+ cooperation with a friendly service (service repairs) + PLN 40 per day
+ cooperation with the second service about PLN 50-80 per day.

About PLN 405 after tax deduction

But these are just calculations. It is known that January-February can only cover costs and in another month there can be over 100 phones for repair.

About 14-18k may cost me goods and equipment, rent, deposit, zus for the first month. I would spend the first money I earned on goods

Times such that most customers pay by card, so websites have to fill out receipts, therefore it is poor for them to cooperate with a subcontractor who will not issue them with fvat.

do they implement your business plan. Just take the day, stop with tea, coffee and rate how many customers they have and for what. Strange idea but it can save you from loss.

Personally (I am more conservative because of my age) I would start with what I already have (and I think you have "services from friendly websites") and develop it. Since they outsource these services to you, it means that this is a niche for you.

I will do this only when the cold stops. Opening a home business is out of the question and renting a small office is similar to a small business. The place will always attract customers. First-hand repair phones are more profitable. Co-financing from PUPs is dropped because it is subject only to my poviat.

Bingo. Another website that I had been learning for the first three years would work with me. But only with the invoice.

Only when it comes to case and glass, you have very high competition
on Allegro and even more on Aliexpress, where the same glass and case will be bought
even for 1/4 of your price.
When people see accessories from space after prices, they'll just be scared.

After what you know and write, although the industry is in recession, I will write that whoever does not risk, does not drink champagne. :)

I will not agree with this. Fact, people can buy online, but tempered glass still sells a lot, and covers too. I am talking about a city of 20,000 inhabitants, 7 gsm points and everyone is doing well. So if the author says ok that soldering is okay then he can do it ;-) after all, the charging sockets sit down every day and cracked glass or displays (which is also a source of income) is also a lot. We know the descriptions, films, how to replace them, but a typical person does not do it himself ... and let him do himself because he would be an onerous customer, just like the one who buys glass for 2-3 PLN + 8 shipping = 10 -11 PLN where in this city 20 thousand customers pay PLN 15 with assembly service ;-) and listen to the story of how they bought something on the allegro and it does not fit or damaged / improperly founded priceless B-)

Ps. With the experience you write that you have me I would go blind.

Today the glasses are PLN 5 and the case is PLN 10, repairs? What repairs now is not worth repairing the old annual grandfather
GSM services plowed themselves up because they found a quick and cheap way without getting your hands dirty, point next to the point, point at the point of sabs, there were more than phone calls

A colleague noticed that the last post was written 3 years ago? A certain group of people will constantly complain that something is unprofitable. Others take matters into their own hands and pursue their goals. They sell glasses for 5 zlotys. If it was unprofitable for someone, it would be more expensive. Natural demand-supply. You can still make money on it, you just need to know how. Admin please close the topic
