I have an eye on two premises (right next to the town square [where there is also competition but also more traffic] or further, e.g. in tesco / auchan away from the competition). The city has 200,000 inhabitants.
Interest in buying used phones has dropped. Purchase also (stolen, found, in installments, after passage). You have to have a large margin to get out of it. You can still gain from tempered glass. Trade in a protective case is a continuous investment. Someone will ask you about the simlock once a week. Only service can bring benefits (connectors, displays, touches, microphones, switches, flooded phones, expertise).
