Troubleshooting Passat B6 Window and Xenon Washers: Fuse and Relay Checks

Hello

I have the same problem, the wipers work, but the window washers and xenon washers are not working

I checked the fuses, checked this relay (I replaced it) and nothing.

Any hint ??

from the windows - the liquid froze
from xenons - a pump fell
