Windows 10 Task Scheduler Not Working: Errors & Service Issues (Screenshots Included)

Hello, for some time I have a problem with the task schedule in win 10. When enabling the task schedule, I get an error message (screenshot 1). And when the "task schedule" service is started, a message appears (screenshot 2)

The message looks like a task was created for a remote computer - do you associate for which computer? The easiest way would be to try to turn on this computer - so that it was available on the network for which the task was created, then run the schedule on this computer and delete this task. If this option is not available, what is in the event viewer after this message appears? Have there been any updates recently that have started problems? Does the computer belong to a domain?
