Is hard drive readable or visible in other computer when connected?
You might do sector by sector copy of the hdd using DMDE software.

    Hi
I have used Sysinfo tools Window Data Recovery Software when my important documents got inaccessible. Believe me, I found it to be the best from the rest of the available tools. I hope this will help you too to extract your files back to the original state.

    Thanks

An error like "your file is corrupted or inaccessible"

what is the exact error message, was the file readable before and what even happened that it is not readable anymore?

you can first use CrystalDiskInfo to see what state the disk is in and then it would be better to clone the whole disk anyway with ddrescue.
whatever you do, do not at least use the "chkdsk" command in command prompt because that might actually delete all of the corrupt files...(if sectors are "unreadable")
