Kiano Intelect X3 HD+: Keyboard Detachment Issues with Vertical Placement

I just bought this tablet / laptop and one thing surprised me. Namely, the keyboard connected to the screen does not stick to any magnets / catches. When the device is placed vertically, the keyboard simply detaches and falls off. This makes it difficult to work when I have a laptop on my lap because often the keyboard does not connect. I do not know if it looks like original or I just have a faulty model?

Do you have a brand new or a stimulant? Maybe someone took it apart and didn't put the magnets back in place. If you have a magnet at hand, check if it attracts you in the tablet and dock at the connection points.

Brand new straight from the store. Unfortunately, I don't have a magnet. But I put the knife blade on the screen housing in some places it attracts. But over the places where these pins go from the keyboard, it does not attract. Nothing attracts anything in the holes for these pins.

The magnets do not have to be part of the hinges, I did not take the kiano apart, but in other models it is done so that the neodymium magnets are at the edge of the tablet and keyboard, it looks like someone forgot to mount them, how can you advertise it.

I wrote to the site. They wrote back to send the paw for a guarantee because it's hard to say whether it is a defect or not.

Your comment cleared it up a bit. I noticed that the magnets are in the screen in 4 places but in the keyboard only in 1. I think someone forgot to insert the other 3.
