Yes, you move with the arrows.
To enter the maintenance menu, you unplug the power cord, press the menu key and, with the menu pressed, plug the cord into the socket.
Use the arrows to select 8 OK 0 OK.
To change subsequent items in maintenance 80 you press mono start.

Search the forum for the service manual and read on.
A google translator should guide you, ask in case of problems
