[Solved] Exploring Single-Function Heaters with Closed Combustion Chamber for Tap Water Heating

I am looking and looking for and what I will find, it turns out that it is a central heating boiler with DHW ...
And I only need a single-function heater / stove to heat tap water with a closed combustion chamber.
I have no nerves anymore.
And hence my heartfelt request to those who have bought or know what to buy - the heater is to be used only for heating hot water for the bathroom (shower and faucet in the sink) and for the kitchen.
If it can work (what condition?) With a 200 liter container, it would also be nice. Gas Lw (GZ-41.5).
Anything with Termeta? Do they have outlet water temperature control and can it be set, and the heater itself doses the amount of gas needed to achieve it?
I am asking for advice.
