    Hello,

As the topic. The printer prints without any problem via a USB cable, and cannot connect via wi-fi with a laptop and smartphone. What could be the fault? I will add that this is a brand new printer (bought a month ago) and the drivers are installed from the manufacturer and not downloaded from the net. From the moment I bought it, I printed once for testing (right after starting it) and everything was well installed. Please help.

    Forkas - using a router.
Lokis3 - I have downloaded my printer and it did not show any errors in the drivers.

forkas, please tell me (because I'm a layman in these matters) how to configure a printer using a router? I found this instruction on the web:

    https://www.canon.pl/support/consumer_product...tup/mg7550_printer_wireless_connection_setup/

Canon PIXMA MG5750 Wi-Fi Printing Issue - New Printer, Drivers Installed, USB Works Fine

Going to step 3, I wonder what to choose: configuration without using a cable (as in the instructions on the website) or using WPS ???
And one more question. After selecting the appropriate option, will
The blue Wi-Fi indicator lights up when the wireless connection option is enabled "(as in the manual says) this indicator should light up on the router?
