    Hello.

I have JBL E45BT wireless headphones.
They connect to the phone without any problem, the control (volume, play, stop) works without any problem.
On the other hand, when you play the music, you only hear a digital squeak and noise - there is no music.
Headphones on the cable are working normally.

What can I do in this situation?
There is no warranty - the headphones are about a year old.

    best regards

You need to check if the headphones are working properly with another phone. What format was this .flac music in? Wired headphones work properly because they are not limited in any way, otherwise it is with wireless headphones where the transfer between devices is limited to about 3 Mb / s and the Bluetooth 4 version even less due to energy savings where the transfer speed is even lower.

The problem is the same with every phone - digital noise and squeaks (when the music is stopped, the noise disappears)
Music is mp3, spotify, youtube (same everywhere)

The BlueTooth receiver in the headphones may be damaged.

Why is not there? After all, there should be a guarantee, and if not a guarantee, if you have a receipt, of course :)

Unfortunately, the proof of purchase is lost.
I noticed that when you turn the headphones up to 100% you can hear a "fart" to the rhythm of the bass

    Signal too strong - distortion.
