Siemens IQ 500 "(WD14H420GB). - AKO 731799-06 Fuse blown

I got tired of replacing the 100 Ohm resistor and LNK304. The washing machine starts normally.
But after some ignition functions, the fuses are connected and I have tried it with more than 10 PCBs.
Can anyone give me a solution for the resistor value?
Or what can we do well on this?

Sir, I work in a hotel, we have 200 plus washing machine in every room. After replacing the new PCB, it works. I'm afraid we can fix it or not?

I don't get you... What kind of board do you have? 731799 or 716200? There are different products and different SMPS chips - LNK 304 vs. TNY264.

In most cases failure you described is caused by overvoltage (spikes) from the mains. You can try to reduce them by applying surge protectors like this (of course matched to your power supply network) but hard to say if it will help or not.

You can also play with value of fuse resistor - in theory higher value, a little bit beter overvoltage resistance - but also higher standby power consumption and if resistor will be to big washing machine will not work.
