Motherboard 9000 597 461 in dishwasher SIEMENS SR25M28EU / TNY 264 burnt

Hello everyone.

Probably the same problem for everyone, the 2 TNY output diodes have heated up.
Can you give me the reference of these 2 diodes connected at the output of the TNY 264 GN in // on the coil.
They have the Marking Code "F5" and "DU", but impossible to find the correspondence on internet.
They are visibly HS (The Run Fuse also jumped).

Why do you think they are supposed to be damaged? I have not yet encountered a situation where they are damaged, and the damage in these PCB versions is rather different.
