fuse description according to the instructions

FR DEF 20 A: Without circuit number 4 in the drawing

what is he from because I don't have him in the fuse holder

These descriptions are somewhat strange in Polish, but simply no. Place 4 in the fuse box is not used. So quoting the classic "A pipe is useless" ...
