I want to change from neostrada to LTE in Cyfrowy Polsat or Plus.
I have purchased the service for PLN 9. For 2 months, although the contract is for 24 months, maybe someone will miss and have to pay for 24 months. It is Huawei B525 advanced model: 525s-23a
I got a public IP from Cyfrowy Polsat. (After a triple phone call). Apparently it is dynamic IP. I still do not know which is better, static or dynamic. every time I get the same IP 37.109 and then two pairs of digits. It probably means that I have a public IP. After configuring the Huawei B525advanced router in the administration panel, I launched
Steam and the Arma3 game, which I hosted on the neostrada router without any problems. Only in neostrada Upload I had max. 1.01 Mb / s here 37.79 Mb / s. The first time I launched the game on my host in multiplejeers without a problem, I thought I would play games in the evening (with my friends). The stairs began.
I host the server / host, I switch from LAN to Internet / There is port 2302 /
I enter the password (any) / UPNP: I put a tick in the square, Jestkomunikat
"Please make sure the game can access the Internet via the following port
network: 2302, 2303 "/ I click" host server "the following message appears:
"Port forwarding configuration failed. Check the UPnP / JGD settings on your router." I turn off the Huawei B525advanced model: 525s-23a, turn on the Sagemcom Fast 2704 neostrada router and play. I call Cyfrowy Polsat in the morning. The guy says I don't have an IP public, he can turn it on for me. I know that the service is paid about PLN 18 / month, he says that it is only PLN 6.15. He only asks what to turn on for me, static or dynamic. I do not know, because I do not know myself. So He claims that the dynamic is better for gaming and turns it on for me. It turns out that it is the same, which was already IP 37.109 and then two pairs of digits. The game started without problems. In the evening like the previous day, the game does not start and the same messages as before
I am looking in the UPnP settings in the router. In Advanced settings I find the UPnP settings and
two options 1. "Whereone" 2. "Release" (I don't know what that means "whereone", they also give two options in the manual, but they are called "On and Off"
Because there was a dot next to "Slow down", now I put a dot next to "Whereone" and I check after restarting the router and computer. Same message again. What's wrong with the server being unable to start? The error must be in the router settings, because probably not in the computer. The game is running on neostrada, I do not change anything in the computer, I just disconnect the cable from the router and connect it to Huawei and the game does not work. I am asking for help, because the help of Cyfrowy Polsat comes down to downloading minutes from the phone.
