    Hello,
    I have a problem with the Passat B5 FL 1.9 TDI AVB. When it begins to "trample" in 4th gear and comes somewhere 2.5-3000 RPM, the car goes into emergency mode. VAG-COM shows error "Boost pressure regulation. Control limit not reached" So the first thought has no pressure, so I replaced the vacuum hoses, I replaced the N75 valve, the turbine itself is maybe 10 months fresh. I even cleaned the EGR, though this should not affect. Generally I feel that the car is weak and you can see that there is no pressure from logs. Do you have ideas on where to look for the cause? However, I'm afraid maybe the turbine itself? I will add that the turbo is from 130ki and the map was made for about 125hp about 2 years ago for turbo with AVB.

    Gentlemen, I was not there a bit, but today I looked at the car intercooler cables are ok, but I noticed two things. MAF at idle I have about 250 required while the actual value is 400+ with an increase in turnover, e.g. 3200 revolutions, the required value is 365 and I have 401. And here I am thinking of a flow. But what made me curious, I watched the pear one more time and here the shock after firing zero reaction takes off the hose I put on a second one I did artificial vacuum and the barbell stands up. I reviewed the vacuum hose, they are new and the same N75 valve. After firing, there is no negative pressure on the valve pipe. I check the current on the pins that reach the valve, after ignition I have 9V while on the 10.6V fired is it not enough for the valve to work properly?

    Hi Maybe the wrong question but you checked how insight is vaccum? Maybe you have a loose connector at the vaccum pump, I had a similar problem and the connector was to blame. The second thing is - doesn't the car "smoke" you? maybe the geometry is baked, vaccum gives to the pear but she has no strength to lift the barbell?

    Gentlemen, thanks again for all the hints, the vaccum pump was operational and the turbine itself. I disassembled everything again and it turned out that the N75 valve was under pressure, but from the valve to the turbo not. I swapped the turbo valve with the EGR valve connected everything again and the turbo rises and the EGR rises :) .
