    Hello. After reinstalling Windows 64-bit Ultimate, the system does not see thumbnails of .cdr files
    I have CorelDRAW X3. Yesterday I uninstalled the program and reinstalled and the thumbnails were visible, but today after turning on the computer, unfortunately still the same: /

    Check if the checkbox in Folder Options > View > Always show icons, never thumbnails.

    Or ... CDR and CPT files are usually of Corel origin. As of Corel's X5 version the problem shouldn't appear. If you do not have CORELA installed above version 5, do so and the problem will disappear

    install CorelDRAW version X5 and the problem will be gone

    As I remember I used to struggle with it and had a problem with pdf thumbnails. Pdf-and I failed because I didn't really need these thumbnails. And as for the CDRs, I did not come up with anything in the X3. I fought like a lion, fell like a fly ... and installed the X5. It was like salvation ;) The problem solved itself

    After all, there is an answer in the link. Uninstall from "Programs and Features" a program named "Corel Graphics - Windows Shell Exstension" and reinstall it. The installer is located in the folder "Files (x86) \ Corel \ CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X5 \ Setup \ CGS15". helps 100%.
