    I warmly welcome.
I have a problem with the first firing of a newly purchased Harmony 350 Logitech remote.

I summarize what the situation looks like.
I put the batteries into the remote control, the remote is working (the buttons light up).
    I downloaded soft from Logitech's website, i.e. MyHarmony-App. I installed, I registered.
When the program is running, I connect the remote via USB to the PC, the computer detects the remote and does not see any problems.
The MyHarmony application also recognizes the hardware and allows me to configure it.
I go through all the steps without any problems and finally there is some synchronization step 5z5 (updating your Harmony 350 Remote) .... it flies to 99% and I get a message that there is a problem with the connection to the remote control - and they tell me to disconnect it, wait and again connect. I do that ... and nothing, it's 99 percent. I tried to repeat this procedure several times, on two computers (computer and laptop). Of course, I connected to various USB inputs and it doesn't change anything.

    Can someone advise something?

I would suggest that you restore the remote control to factory settings - press the "Menu" and "Off" buttons together for about 20 seconds.
We carry out this operation with a pilot not connected to the computer.
After that you can connect the remote control back to the computer and after turning on the application "upload" the previously saved configuration.

According to what they write on the Logitech website - first we turn on the application, log in, and then connect the remote control to the computer.
