    Hello,
I've searched google but can't believe I'm the only owner of a Logitech Harmony Hub and NC+ 4k.
I purchased the hub today. There is no NC+ decoder in the configuration of which the manufacturer is Technicolor Delivery Technologies and the model is USW4001NCP.
Theoretically there should be no problem, there is after all the option to teach using the original remote control. Unfortunately it took me about 10 minutes to learn the power button, with the next button "1" I gave up after another 10 minutes. I tried all possible angles. The remote transmits without problem, the decoder responds every time, the Harmony Hub either not at all or displays some kind of signal recognition problem.
Once, in my days of playing with Arduino, with a previous NC+ decoder I noticed that these remotes send quite strange commands, it was several different commands on one button. I don't know if maybe this is where the problem lies.
Anyone have any experience with the above?
If it doesn't work with the NC+ decoder I'm giving the hub away, as that's mainly what I bought it for
Thanks in advance for your help.

Strange, I have harmony ultimate and find Technicolor USW4001NCP. Unfortunately I don't own this tuner so I can't check the correct configuration.

Thank you oh good man. The Harmony app on Android is so kicked that I nearly banged my phone into a wall now. Indeed, after typing in "Technicolor" alone, even though it didn't suggest a model, it found one.
    I'll keep testing.

I also have a problem setting up this decoder on my Harmony Ultimate.... It worked for me "almost" everything, but there is a problem to turn off the decoder. I have the scenario : switch on the TV, set to hdmi1, switch on the decoder .... When I switch off the set-top from the remote control (or from the Harmony android app), everything switches off, i.e. TV off, set-top box off, and after a fraction of a second, the set-top box restarts itself.... I have set several times both on the computer and in the app, changed delays and power settings, nothing helps. Any ideas?
    Greetings
