Hello, I have a problem because today around 8 o'clock I started resetting the settings to the initial state and at some point it stopped at 51% and for 2 hours nothing has changed, please help.

Is HDD activity? Maybe some driver installation has suspended the installation. SHIFT + F10 type taskmgr and look for something not Microsoft or dpinst. Kill the process as it will, nothing else is left.
