Windows 10 Stutters & Freezes after Interrupted Reset - Unresponsive Desktop & Taskbar Issues

Good hello, everyone has a little problem
In 21% of the format / reset windows 10 I turned off the computer because it stood at 21% of 6 hours and now as if after turning off and turning on the computer normally I got windows set se go normally it was all cleaned, the whole disk there was something 2 GB ripped because windows, but after logging in to the computer, it tries to click something on the desktop, some applications, even the taskbar with windows hangs, stutters and I do not know what to do, I just can not click anything, the cursor stands without a twitch and you can not do anything: start the task sage or something, I need to reset the computer by holding down the button or lecturing from the outlet, someone knows what it could be: v thanks in advance

Hello. Do you have the system on the wine list 10? Then start from the beginning of the full disk format, delete all partitions and only in the clean system.

Unfortunately, I don't have one on the CD, the computer was already bought with windows inside

Have you deleted the Recovery partitions? And the key is digitally assigned. All you have to do is pull the win 10 system from Microsoft and burn it to an ISO image on a disc or to Pen.
